Institutional tourism in France is full of multiple organizations that gravitate in this sector of activity. These institutions, most often managed by elected officials, lead to a dysfunction of the optimal work to develop tourist offers in a collaborative approach of projects and actions increasingly entangled in a "mille-feuille" which persists in being present on the French territory of the tourist landscape with a communication deficit visible and misunderstood by all.If the complexity of the agreements between elected officials makes itself felt, we see that the same people create and recreate more and more these institutions of which they take the presidency in order to "preach" in a way for their territory.
