Joraine is driven. With her friends she leads the Ardent, the newest fighting order in Soli Duna. When not on missions she happily trains, working diligently to become a mighty warrior worthy of being called a Valiant. But when someone close to Joraine is abruptly taken in the night, she sets out on a quest across the sea to save her friend. But lying deep within Joraine’s heart is another, much more personal mission-a desire for revenge against her former friend, Ganleon, for his betrayal of their group at the Blackvault. Joraine’s determination and singular focus on her missions is her greatest strength. In time, however, she will learn that it can also be her greatest weakness.

Skald has been a healer his whole life. But his healing abilities are suddenly stripped from him, leaving him in doubt over his role in the Ardent. When he unexpectedly finds himself thrust back into his past, he must confront the truths about who he is and what he has done-as a husband, as a friend, and as a member of the Ardent.

Tritiana is dead. As a wraith, that is a cold fact she came to terms with long ago. But when her very purpose for still existing is questioned, she is thrown into conflict and doubt. As a series of events place Tritiana in a ghastly land that is both familiar and unknown, she must navigate newfound terrors, as well as the fears within her own mind.

Joraine, Skald, and Tritiana soon find themselves hurtled into their own adventures. As they each experience their own odysseys, they will face hardship, fear, and change. That change will shape each of them and the Ardent forevermore. This is The Odyssey of Soli Duna!
