Regularly working in Africa, UK, and USA, Nick has delivered for clients including multinationals, UHNWIs and Sovereign Wealth Funds, as well as raising venture finance to acquire and transform a failing corporate hotel into a boutique success. Nick has also created an innovative coworking hotel concept and established a fund to finance its’ roll out across Europe. Finally, he has conducted 150+ feasibility studies and development appraisals for major hotel brands in 45 countries.
