John Brooks worked in the flied of wildlife law enforcement for 26 years. He was given the idea for The Sundarbans Tiger while traveling and working in Bangladesh. His hope in writing this book is to bring environmental awareness to young readers. John currently leads the Nepal Tiger Project.
