The Resilience Game Plan: The Tween Playbook for Developing Cognitive, Communication, and Mindfulness Skills Training provides a curriculum for middle schools (advisory, health, or home room classes) to help students instill resiliency and learn tools to provide their brains a barrier of protection as they encounter difficulties throughout their lifetime. By implementing the intervention techniques in The Resilience Game Plan, school and medical professionals are providing teenagers an opportunity to improve their short- and long-term mental and physical health outcomes.
