Dr Bruno Cayoun is a clinical and research psychologist and the developer of Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT). As Director of the MiCBT Institute, he has trained mental health professionals worldwide. He is the author of Mindfulness-integrated CBT: Principles and Practice and co-author of The Clinical Handbook of Mindfulness-integrated CBT. He has practised mindfulness meditation in the Burmese vipassana tradition of Ledi Sayadaw, U Ba Khin, and S. N. Goenka since 1989 and conducts research on mindfulness-based interventions.
Dr Andrea Grabovac is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia and Co-Director of the North American Chapter of the MiCBT Institute. She specialises in mindfulness-based interventions for psychiatric conditions and has co-authored competency-based training guidelines for mindfulness-based therapies and The Mindfulness and Meditation Workbook for Anxiety and Depression with Dr. Cayoun. Dr. Grabovac facilitates retreats and delivers workshops and seminars that advance evidence-based mindfulness-based therapies.
