Following his arrest Lucy is determined to help prove his innocence. Just as she is about to give up hope that anyone will believe her she meets James Weatherston.

James is a recently graduated lawyer who is desperate to show his worth and build his career. Ignoring the advice of all those around him, James agrees to help Lucy and takes on the case.

Whilst Lucy is convinced her father is innocent, James isn’t so sure. As his feelings for her grow, so does his willingness to risk it all to help her. Even if it means going against everything he believes in.
