With thirteen plus years of experience in higher education, eight years of experience in life plan development, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, her expertise is in goal development, strategic planning, conducting focus groups, employee satisfaction, project management and career preparation. In addition, Coach Wright successfully ran a business coaching company for three years.
