70 plus handwritten recipes taken from the original recipe books of Catherine Curry Cobham. Recipes dated from the 1700's -1800's.Catherine; noted for her entertaining and grand parties at Cobham Park Warren Pennsylvania kept her recipes in several small book's, many of her culinary delights were those that she created, as a young woman, and also family recipes from England, and France, along with those that she fashioned and shaped in America. Her table settings were of the utmost elegance, no doubt a continuance from Fearnes Hall in England and her entertaining in France.Recipes from this time period are most challenging, unusual, and yes still delectable

Originally from England Jacqueline F. Hurlbut is a Happy American by choice who resides in Georgia.
