This book is about a Western Yogi’s life experiences gleaned from 84 years of living to include 54 years of intense transcendental deep meditation. Using 585 brief humorous and sarcastic quips and anecdotes the author sets aside political correctness as he shares his broad range of views from thought-provoking deep philosophical concepts such as the purpose of life, God realization, enlightenment, the cause of all suffering, the resolution to karma, the solution to all problems, as well as mundane life activities, such as how to prevent dental cavities, financial insights, obesity, the horrors of the medical establishment, the hypocrisy of Christianity, and why sexual activity is counter-productive to spiritual growth.
The author also shares his experiences with ball lightening and UFOs, and offers a solution to scientists investigating the Buga Sphere.

This book is intended for spiritually mature audiences and fellow yogis on the spiritual path; but it is also okay for newbies, wannabes, and looky-loos.

The author hopes that by sharing some of his life experiences and reflection it will be of some benefit to others.
