Dr Pretty Thakur is a physician by profession and a spiritual researcher who has dedicated 5 years of her life to researching the human mind. During her research, she came to understand that the majority of the problems we face outside today are the result of deeply rooted blocks of our own mind. She is now a Life Coach to many and helps people solve these mental blocks to lead a more happy and successful life. She believes that spirituality is a misunderstood term and has tried to bring the real meaning of spirituality for all of us to help us solve these mental blocks through her book.
