Nicki Boscia Durlester is originally from Easton, Pennsylvania. After graduating from college, she moved to Manhattan where she worked in banking. In 1995, she founded Durlester Consulting, an executive search practice. A recently retired headhunter by day, writer by night, she is a breast cancer survivor.
