Campbell the town Sheriff was successful in capturing the cult in the peaceful town of Philadelphia more than a decade ago. The Mayor decided to hide all the information about the cult so that the coming generation would never hear about the horrific incidences.

Now the cult is back and started to penetrate in the town slowly, targeting Campbell's family. His son Dylan and Little Billy has to stand up to save not just their own family but their town as well. In the process they come across the biggest mysteries about their own lives.
