Like Mary, I was depressed, filled with demons and spiritual wickedness from high places. Modern man says, depression is a period of unhappiness or low morale which lasts longer than several weeks and may include episodes of self-inflicted injury or suicide. I used to think depression was a result of my failures or my constant inability to get some aspects of my life right. Over time, I’ve come to realize that depression results from self- condemnation on behalf of all the evils that were transgressed against me.Luke chapter seventeen verse one states, "Jesus told his disciples, "It is inevitable that temptations to sin will come, but how terrible it will be for the person through whom they come!" (ISV) So woe unto those that caused me Glory be to God for the saving grace and mercy of his son Jesus Christ. "Therefore, there is now no condemnation [no guilty verdict, no punishment] for those who are in Christ Jesus [who believe in Him as personal Lord and Savior]." (Romans 8:1, AMP)This is my story of overcoming; it is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in my eyes!
