The companies, which operate in the construction sector, have been going through a time of major transformations linked to the processes of globalization of the economy and to growing developments in technological, social and market aspects. All these changes increase the requirements for the competitiveness of these companies and reinforce the issue of human training with regard to professional qualification, where skills, abilities and attitudes required are becoming increasingly higher.
