I am Jimmy Gilheaney and this is my story. It follows my family from Ireland to Scotland and eventually it shows how we settled in Wales. This book is action packed from encounters with the IRA to family feuds to bare knuckle boxing - it’s got a bit of everything. It charts my life from when I grew up in the 80s and 90s to the present day; it shows how I got into boxing, how I met my wife, how I got into bare knuckle fighting; it shows my struggles with mental health.
