Gliniecka

This book focuses on young people’s use of the digital platform Reddit for health. Drawing upon dialogism theory, the book explores how young people produce a youth-led discourse of youth digital health, different from the adult-led framing represented in youth digital health research, policy, and service delivery.

Martyna Gliniecka works as a senior social sciences specialist for the Polish think tank CASE, doing research, training and policy advisory projects. Prior to CASE, she worked at the Young and Resilient Research Centre at Western Sydney University. Her research focuses on young people’s health discussions on Reddit. She has a PhD in linguistics from the University of Wroclaw and a PhD in Culture and Society from Western Sydney University.
