Brazilian education today is questioning itself, looking for essential answers to solve the important role of managers in the face of the difficulties presented by political and social issues and the interests of those who hold the power of financial resources to promote better quality education and professional training. Thus, faced with the financial difficulties experienced by the current Brazilian reality, managers are faced with the challenge of adapting to the high demands of supervisory bodies and society. The research was carried out in the mesoregion of the state of Pará, with a sample of 20 managers of private institutions, meeting the inclusion criteria using an objective questionnaire and quantified using the Linkert scale.
