Ashley and Nana (Judith) share a love of reading as well as a birthday. Ashley lives with her parents and brother in Colorado. She is a third-grader who has many interests including piano, soccer, basketball, and ballet. She aspires to be an artist, a scientist, an engineer, a librarian, or an inventor period. Nana lives in Ohio and is a reading tutor in an elementary school. They believe that writing this book together has brought them even closer, even though they worked on it half a continent away from one another!
