Hawryszkiewycz

Igor Hawryszkiewycz is currently Professor of Computing Science in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. His early expertise was in developing design methods for business systems. He developed a method for design of databases and information system., then design of collaborative systems in community environments and ways to build team creativity. He has close to three hundred research publications and six books, one in second and another in their fifth editions, in this area. Currently his research is on encouraging creativity in organizations based on design thinking and its use in multidisciplinary collaboration in teams working in complex environments.
