SAP Fiori has changed the way people experience SAP systems.
When I first started working with SAP more than a decade ago, enterprise software was powerful - but often intimidating. Screens were dense, workflows were rigid, and user experience was something discussed after functionality was delivered, if at all. Over the years, SAP Fiori fundamentally reshaped this mindset by placing users, intent, and simplicity at the center of enterprise applications.
After more than 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, across multiple projects, industries, and system landscapes, I decided to write this book for one clear reason:
To help young professionals and new SAP developers understand not just how to build Fiori apps - but why Fiori works the way it does.
This book is not a reference manual, and it is not a collection of disconnected tutorials. It is a guided journey into enterprise user experience and SAP Fiori development, written from real project experience, mistakes made, lessons learned, and patterns proven in the field.
