Former Child Star Ms Rouge is a mean and moody miser. She's horrible to her long-suffering Personal Assistant, Rob Pratchett who tolerates her in order to keep his job so he can provide for his sick child, Little Jim, and his five other children. She shuns the niece she once loved dearly – the daughter of her sister, Harley, who died young in a tragic accident on the set of a movie.
