At age 40, due to health issues that led to the closing of her business, Lois Howard Lenarduzzi felt her identity shrivel and pretty much die. The work she had to do to reinvent herself opened up a whole new world of exploring consciousness and the human condition, as well as the arts of self-expression.

Eat Your Crusts tracks her journey in the context of Lois’s life as a whole. Today, Lois is a free-spirited, don’t-tie-me-down or tell-me-what-to-do kinda gal who continues to find new and exciting ways to play with and embrace parts of her that need healing, comfort, and compassion ... so she can authentically and unapologetically live free.
