Our children hear from various influences who they should be. Television, film, the internet, social media, society, and even educators advise them on how to view themselves. Affirmations are very important daily as this is one method that will help to build self-confidence. Using simple affirmations to our children can help them think positively about themselves from an early age, and this will help them become grounded adults. Repeating the words in this book to our children will have a lifetime positive effect on building their character.

We are all created differently. No two persons are alike. ＂Be You＂ is targeted to children who are zero to twelve years old and aims to help teach parents to remind children that even though each person is different and is at a different level in life to just be who they are.
