Infra-Thin Press

This book comprises three essays in film-philosophy. Each chapter places philosophers such as Derrida, Merleau-Ponty, and Cavell in dialogue with filmmakers including Godard, Vertov, and Tarkovsky. I argue that these films invite philosophical reflection through both their formal strategies and narrative structures.
