International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership

A. Gregory Frankson, also known as Ritallin, provides a poetic form of leadership within the global mental health movement - a movement that seeks improved services, greater awareness, reduced stigma and full acceptance for consumers / survivors / service users no matter where they live in the world. 

The poems in Lead on a Page tell the story of events held by the International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership and the hard road being travelled towards true acceptance for people who live with mental illness or are in recovery. Frankson's searing and incisive words are irreverent to the leaders in the movement when necessary, musical and humorous when appropriate, and always a spur for reimagining the issues through a unique and powerful prism.
