Like the Avengers, but with skills some rare humans actually possess. A mysterious young boy in a hoodie attempts to join these Phenoms together, offering millions of dollars and a place in history, in exchange for help in taking down BioChange, an seemingly untouchable pharmaceutical company. Biochange is allegedly responsible for distributing a super drug, that tempts teenagers, housewives and high powered businessmen alike, that is slowly destroying the world, and has already destroyed a significant part of each of the Phenom's lives.
