Jean Schmeling

Jean Schmeling is a teacher who has two other children and four grandchildren. Her first child, Renee, died at thirty-one from cancer ten years ago. Since her passing, Jean has been writing this journal. She received her B.A. in French from Rockford College in Rockford, Illinois, where she was born and raised.
