Sifu Fred Jennes has studied and taught t’ai chi ch’uan (taijiquan) for more than three decades. His lineage is the Yang family form as taught by Zheng Manqing. He teaches the solo form, t’ai chi sword (taijijian), push-hands (tuishou), and many qigong forms from diverse traditions. Sifu Fred is also a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. He has taught the theory and practice of Oriental medicine and served as the academic dean at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has authored two books, numerous papers, and several e-courses on a wide variety of Oriental medicine topics. Sifu Fred’s goal is to share the benefits of Ruler Boxing(TM), and promote its use for both exercise and health.
