This book analyses the work and role of educational action in the operationalization and efficiency of codes of ethics in organizations, especially in the EDM company. For better analysis and support, it first looks at the foundations, causes and concepts that have guided the emergence of the ethical debate in general and ethics applied to organizations in particular. Looking at the current context characterized by a crisis of values due, to a large extent, to the exclusionary nature of globalization in which many organizations also find themselves, due to inequalities, wage and social injustice, conflicts of interest and corruption, this situation can lead to collective redundancies, unemployment and even bankruptcy of organizations. One of the main objectives of this thesis is to analyze the educational action carried out by the EDM Company with a view to increasing workers’ commitment to the code of ethics.
