Yoga positions encourage a kid to understand how to control the body and develop coordination as well as how to keep and maintain focus, which is very useful for communication and learning new subjects. The booklet contains 19 yoga postures, including brief descriptions of how to adopt them. The positions are recommended to be performed following the order presented in the booklet that is dedicated to the children aged from 5 to 8.
