Professor Andrzej Wieslaw Jasiński - professor emeritus of the University of Wroclaw. He is the author or co-author of over one hundred published scientific papers in Poland and abroad, and several hundred studies prepared for government bodies and local governments at various levels, as well as for the economy. The main fields of activity include chemical and energy technologies, geochemistry and environmental protection (including the issues of environmental impact assessments, renewable energy sources and "clean" coal technologies). Former social advisor to the ministers of the environment in the period 1998 - 2015. Former chairman of the National EIA Commission.
Professor Piotr Kacejko - a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Lublin University of Technology. He specializes in the analysis of power systems. He is a co-creator of computer programs used in the energy sector and the author of over 200 articles, papers and research reports. The works carried out over the last 15 years concerned the determination of connection possibilities, the operation of RES units in the power system and the study of stability in planning the development of the system. He acts as an expert appointed by the Energy Regulatory Office. He is a member of the Electrical Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a member of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers and the American association IEEE. In the years 2012 - 2020 he was the rector of the Lublin University of Technology.
Doctor Jacek Szulczyk - PhD in technical sciences - specialization in vibroacoustics; graduate of the Poznań University of Technology. For almost 10 years he cooperated with the Department of Vibroacoustics and Biodynamics of Systems, first as a PhD student, then as an assistant. Currently, he works as the main acoustician in the EKO-POMIAR Acoustic and Environmental Studio. He is a member of the National Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment. For over 10 years, he has been carrying out acoustic tasks related to the design and measurement of various noise sources including wind turbines.
Doctor Adam Zagubień - research and teaching employee at the Koszalin University of Technology. He has 20 years of measurement practice in the field of acoustics and vibrations. He is a contractor or manager in several research projects on vibration and noise analysis. He is the author or co-author of over 30 scientific articles published in foreign and domestic journals. He is a reviewer in several foreign journals. He is also the author or co-author of over 300 expert opinions in the field of environmental protection against noise and vibration, for industrial plants, roads, ports, ships, passenger and car ferries and wind farms.
