Poison the Well is the story about the simplicity of the recovery and use of WWII unguarded US chemical weapons, buried in the shallow waters off Waikiki beach, that kill 30 Million Americans. The deaths are mostly the elderly, which provides for money that no longer is needed for Medicare. This funds a high-tech anti-terrorism task force, the results of which surprise the entire world.
