To celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the group’s foundation, The Manchester Irish Writers proudly present a retrospective collection of work. The writing covers a range of genres from inspirational poetry to drama, historical fiction to narrative non-fiction, short stories to extracts from novels. Many of the themes, written with both pathos and humour, have been inspired by the group’s projects and many pieces have been performed publicly at The Irish World Heritage Centre in Manchester.
