Kinliyan

Romel Bittuwon Kinliyan was born on July 29, 1986 at Mungayang, Kiangan, Ifugao. He is second among eight siblings. He wrote this novel while he was a Barangay Captain year 2010-2013 while studying at the Ifugao State University, Lagawe Campus.
