In 1987, Mr. Hindley founded The Hindley Group, L.L.C., a dental practice management consulting firm. In addition to conducting dental practice appraisals, the firm assists clients with the purchase and sale of practices; associate and partnership agreements; cash management; practice reorganization; loan origination and debt restructuring; capital expenditure analyses; and litigation support.
