"The Tenth Virgin," is a depiction of a day in the life of one of the Ten Virgins. Her whole day is spent serving others in need and then finds she, herself, is lacking what she needs to be prepared for the Bridegroom's arrival.

A beggar was hungry and I made him some bread,
A child lost and I walked her home,
A friend was sad and I cried with her.
Oh Master, I used all my oil on them.

One might possibly relate to the feelings she had at the end of the day when she looked at her lamp and realized her own lamp was empty...
