Cassie Willows set out to write with the dream of engaging young readers. She believes that children will be excited to read if stories are fun. Torn between the desire to educate and to create, Cassie Willows took her English degree and veered off into the world of creative writing. She found that illustrating whimsical children’s books turned out to be the perfect combination of education and arts. Cassie considers it a job well done when she hears a child giggle while reading her stories—or even better: when they ask to read the book again. Currently Cassie writes beginner reader stories, bedtime stories, and kids’ yoga books for Imaginative Press and she plans to branch out soon into chapter books.
