Strategic Planning is vital for the success of any organization. In Kenya local authorities were expected to participate in strategic planning with an aim of developing strategic plans that would help steer the local authorities. However the local communities complained about not being actively involved in the strategic planning. This book reviewed the factors influencing strategic planning in the local authorities in Kenya.
