Marteli Fais Feriato

Juliana Marteli Fais Feriato has expertise in International Trade Law, especially in tax benefits for importers and exporters, trade remedies, customs law, as well as strategies for trade players at WTO. She has experience as counselor of CARF (Administrative Council of Tax Appeals) in Brasilia/BRAZIL at the Ministry of the Economy. She is a master’s and doctoral professor in Brazil and as a member of the research group ＂Direitos Humanos da Tributação＂ (Tax Human Rights) linked to the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) also in Brazil where she obtained her master’s and doctoral degrees. As some of international experience, she has trained at the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland, consultant in international trade in a renowned office in Argentina and lectured in South Africa at the Society of International Economic Law (SIEL) Conference.
