LARRAINE R. MATUSAK is leadership scholar and program officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where she designed and directed the Kellogg National Fellowship Program. Edison State College in New Jersey and dean and founder of the College of Alternative Programs at the University of Evansville, Indiana.
