Sandip Mukherjee is former Director of Operations and General Manager of Taj Hotels Worldwide - which basically means he’s seen more five-star breakfasts than most of us have had croissants. When he’s not plotting the next short-story inspired by decades in hospitality (this being his fourth published book), he moonlights as an Academic Adviser and Consultant - a fancy way of saying he gives advice people actually listen to, or at least he hopes - they do!
Sandip and his wife are incurable travellers, often found chatting with strangers in distant lands, sampling local cuisines, and gently embarrassing their children and grand-children with how friendly they are. They collect stories, experiences, and the occasional excess baggage charge - all in the name of culture and travel.
