Dental bleeding and post-exodontia infections are one of the most frequent complications in the dental office as a consequence of the negative lifestyles of people who did not prevent dental caries in time and ended up extracting them; For these and other reasons, the problem of oral health is among the ten causes of morbidity. It was also determined that oral tissues can be affected by traumatic events associated with exodontia, that is, all those harmful agents that accidentally disturb and injure them when performing the surgical technique, interfering in the normal healing process of the wound. In this sense, the presence of Croton lechleri, whose popular name is Sangre de Grado in the Peruvian jungle, shows to have important healing action for the stomach, skin and others; being used mainly in the healing process of gastric ulcers and all types of wounds, so this product was applied effectively in the healing of post-exodontia wounds resulting very beneficial in reducing the healing time and other clinical characteristics of the wound.
