The issue of fostering individuals into well-rounded human beings, nurturing deep understanding based on national values, and fostering independence has been prioritized. As our President has emphasized: ＂In our Constitution and laws, it is firmly established that all citizens have equal rights and freedoms. Opportunities have been created for them to preserve their national heritage, traditions, and customs, as well as for comprehensive development in all aspects＂ .The primary objective of social and spiritual reforms in various fields is to create conditions for the spiritual advancement of our people, especially for each individual to become a complete person from a humanistic, patriotic, moral-aesthetic perspective, and to establish an educational system based on scientific principles.
