This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive scientific analysis of modern legal mechanisms for ensuring human rights. The work systematically covers the role and importance of constitutional, international legal and digital mechanisms in the protection of human rights. The study separately analyzes the impact of digital technologies and Legal Tech tools on judicial practice, legal literacy and human rights protection processes. Also, the issues of gender equality, protection of women’s rights, and ensuring human rights in labor relations are studied based on a modern approach.
