House cat Tiger Zeke believes he was born to be a pirate, and he’s willing to bet all of his stripes to prove it. Ever since he washed up on this family’s doorstep in a monsoon, adopted feral kitten Tiger Zeke has terrorized the household, pretending to be a pirate, but a pirate’s life in the Sonoran Desert is more treacherous than he could ever imagine. Armed with only the wisdom of a backyard hen, a stolen kayak, and plenty of heart, this house cat’s nine stripes might just be enough to let him sail past a cast of predators to live his swashbuckling dreams, win the love of a feisty bobcat, and maybe even be crowned the Pirate King.
