Pick Me Up Poetry

There often seems so much misery in the world when the lens of the media is focussed so sharply on everything that is going wrong and as such there is a ready breeding ground for stress and anxiety, upset and pain. This little ＂pick me up＂ then is set to counter the negativity with positive verses to put a little bit of sunshine in your day. The mission is clear - an offering of happiness, contentment, laughter, inspiration, flow, optimism, gratitude, joy, kindness, hope and compassion to lighten your day.
