Before The Fires I Was Black is the second book written by Prince Lamourd Thiobiany. The first book Leadership Africa 21: 25 Principles for Excellent African Leadership was published in 2015. Dr Lamourd Thiobiany is a master storyteller who wants us to have a deeper understanding of Africa – its glory and its pains – so that everyone who loves Africa can play a part in the building of this great continent. He recommends that the best of African traditions be used as the gold lining within the strategic plan to further develop the continent that he cares about so deeply.
