He assists organizations achieve their business goals, particularly through planning & optimization of major initiatives. He is a Director of the Team Focus Group and is based in Alberta, Canada. Martyn also conducts strategic and operational consulting assignments, as well as performance improvement training / coaching and change management for a wide range of clients and topics worldwide. His business activities also include organizational efficiencies and effectiveness, interim management, independent reviews, program / project planning and controls, as well as project rescue, along with transformation of business processes.
