The Tame Ways of Wild Animals is a book to inspire children through the adventures of South Africa’s wildlife. With stories of elephants getting married or snakes getting tied in knots, this local children’s title evokes a sense of wonder.

Aimed at ages 5-10 years old, these four short stories make up a fun world of animal antics. Featuring beautiful illustrations by Annerina de Beer; these stories were written by a mother of two, aiming to instill a love of stories in South Africa’s young generation.
